Steps to Register for VLC
- Review the Plan Your Travel Tab
- Book Your Flight (if applicable)- This pertains to those coming from outside of Texas. You can find Air Travel Guidelines on the Plan Your Travel page. Please book travel by September 23. You will be asked to include your flight information when you register. Texas Leaders can skip this step!
- Fill Out the Registration Form linked below. Please complete this step by September 30.
