Those who are coming from outside of Texas should book air travel by September 23, 2022.
Transportation to and from the airport/hotel will be arranged on your behalf. More details to follow

When Booking Your Flight

• Plan to arrive in Houston (IAH) as close to 2:00pm as possible on Monday, November 13.
• Your departure flight from Houston (IAH) should not be before 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 15. (RM approval is needed if your flight falls outside of these times. 
• Use prudent cost management when booking flights: 
  • Check Southwest Airlines first. Southwest Airlines offers benefits such as lower fares and cheaper baggage fees. 
  • Kayak and Google Flights are great sources for comparing additional airlines/flights. 
  • Upgraded seating should not be booked without RM approval. 
  • Please carry on luggage when possible to avoid additional baggage fees. 
  • Where possible, select nonstop flights while being cost conscious. 
• Community Managers, since you have a Venterra VISA card, please book a flight for yourself and also for your MM. Your VISA credit cards have been increased to cover flights for you and your MM. This increase will expire September 23, 2023. If your credit card is declined for any reason, please email Leadershipconference@venterraliving.com
• Book your travel reservation using your legal name as it appears on your government issued ID. Your birthday will also be required to book a flight. Be sure to include a contact phone number for flight updates. Don’t forget to get your MM’s full name from their government issued ID and their date of birth before booking.
